After a buyer who pulled out, am pleased to say we have finally sold our smallholding. We had a steady stream of viewers from your web site, including the 'failed' buyer and the eventual buyer (although we used an agent as well). If we ever decide to move again, we will definitely use Smallholding Wales web site alone, and not waste money on an estate agent again!!

I wanted to let you know that we have a buyer for our property. The sale seems to be proceeding (fingers crossed). Please could you put "Sold Subject to Contract" on our details and I will let you know if the sale goes through (or if we need to put it on again!). We did sell it through the internet but our buyers can't remember where they first saw it!
