There is no magic to selling your property. You just have to find the right website to attract potential buyers. In my experience Smallholding Wales is the only site you need because anyone who wants a smallholding either checks the site regularly or hits on it with a search engine.

We found a buyer within three weeks.

In the first two weeks we had ten enquiries and five viewings. In the third week we agreed a sale with the second viewer. We still have two enquirers who have not viewed but are on a reserve list if our agreement falls through. All enquiries were serious, no time wasters and all in a position to proceed. Before we were ready to sell we recommended the site to two other smallholders and they had the same experience as us and have already moved into their new homes. It's a no-brainer, market your property yourself through the smallholding wales website.

I'm pleased to say that we have now sold our smallholding and the matters are proceeding without a hitch so far. The people we sold it to at our suggestion placed their house with land on your web site and, wait for it... sold it within 24 hours to a cash buyer. Not bad hey.
I think you have great web site, though I think you should consider raising your fee. I saved nearly £8,000 by not using an estate agent.

In the sale of our smallholding we had experienced some bad luck with sales through an estate agent, falling through at a late stage and felt that we needed to be active ourselves in finding a buyer. I had developed a simple web page of my own but I needed it linked to a popular site and well ranked at Google. The Smallholding Wales site did this almost immediately. Apart from successfully marketing our property, it was a real experiences to see how a highly ranked site on Google or other search engines, in this instance, Welsh Smallholdings, responded so quickly with wide exposure. In two months we had hundreds of " hits " for our advertisment which came from a dozen countries ! I recommend Welsh Smallholdings to assist you, also try Google Analytics so you can track the movement on the site.

After a buyer who pulled out, am pleased to say we have finally sold our smallholding. We had a steady stream of viewers from your web site, including the 'failed' buyer and the eventual buyer (although we used an agent as well).
